Once your order is shipped, you will receive text messages about releasing the delivery signature. The texts will look like this. Please follow the instructions to sign before delivery!
If you did not receive text from DHL about releasing a signature and / or have missed a delivery because of that, please try the steps below. You can also call 1-800-225-5345 to complete the steps below.
2. Waybill number = your tracking number
3. Verify your phone number. If you entered a foreign phone number, you'd be able to toggle the country code.
4. In this interface, you can release signatures, reschedule a delivery time and track your shipment.
