Design: Your Own Design vs. We Design For You
If you have your own design, you can proceed to next step; If you would like us to design, please send us your requests or inspirations. Make sure to choose what product you want to mock the design up!
Choose Techniques & Turnaround Time
Regular techniques have a turnaround time of 4 to 6 weeks. Special techniques require an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Please see table for turnaround time below. For details on techniques please see Merch Pier Techniques.
Payment: a Group Invoice vs. Individual Links
You can choose to pay as a group, we will email you an Invoice; or pay individually, we will set up a website link so everyone in your organization can access and pay!
You Approve First Proof - We Produce & Ship
We will send you images of the physical proof before mass production. Make sure to check the spelling, colors, and placement. You will receive an email for tracking # after we ship them out!
Receive & Double Check Within 7 Days
You will receive a text message from DHL about the delivery signature release when it Is close to your delivery day. Make sure to do so before the delivery and double-check the quantity and quality within 7 days of delivery.
