Design

Yes! When you send us your own design, we can put it on our blanks for you to see what it will look like.

Designs are free! We just ask that you be considerate by sending us designs that your group has agreed on.

If you send us lots of inspirations, our designers will work with you to narrow it down to 1-2 designs. This way, you can get your designs as soon as possible!

Of course! Just send us which one you’d like changed to your group’s name.

We can iterate the design twice.

Yes, but please be mindful of the turnaround time, which ranges between 4-6 weeks including shipping. There are also various minimums, please see the Shipping Fee & Turnaround Time Table above.

Greek organizations prohibit expressions, both visual and verbal of gambling, drinking, and anything inappropriate.

Product

  • For most apparel products you see on our website, the minimum is 10 pieces with usual printing techniques.

  • We provide custom-made products from scratch (from cutting fabrics and sewing into garments). The minimum order is typically 100. You can see which product requires custom making in product details. Custom-made products allows you to do special techniques (what techniques do we do? Please see Technique Info Sheet).

  • For accessories, the minimum order is 100 but can vary sometimes.

We highly encourage everything to hit the minimum.

Sets on the website CAN NOT be sold separately unless made from scratch (See What is your order minimum)

We will try our best to find you that but that is not guaranteed. Colors like white, black tend to match the easiest across different products. We have multiple sets options that are a guaranteed match.

We are open to send samples! We have sponsorship program where you have a chance to get free samples. Please contact us for details.

Sizes vary depending on products. Please make sure you check our size charts before ordering.

Our sizes in stock reflect what is available. However, if we are custom making a product, we may be able to offer more sizes. Please see custom-made products under What is your order minimum.

Customizations and Techniques

We usually use DTG (Direct To Garment), screen printing, and heat transfer.

Printing:

Maximum two places per garment.

Payment

We accept credit cards, checks, and Zelle payments.

You can choose to pay as a group, and we will email you an Invoice; or pay individually, we will set up a website link so everyone in your organization can access and pay!

Invoices are due upon receipt. We can only move on to production until the full payment is received. Link close dates are determined by how fast you would like to receive your order.

Delays in payment or closing link orders would result in delays to the agreed-upon delivery date.

Once you approve the design and decide to place an order, we will set up an website link for you to order individually. Individual links can help you save time by collecting money from everyone instead of you collecting. We will set up a link and close the link as requested.

First Proof and Proof Approval

We will create the first physical proof for all orders, whether they are individual or group payments. You will get pictures of the first product. Typically, we provide only 1 proof. We will not begin mass production before proof is approved.

Accessories like pins do not come with proofs because of how the assembly line works.

We only provide digital images of the physical proof.

We typically do not do a second proof unless there is an issue on our end.

No. We will wait for your approval. Please respond promptly when you see the proof.

Once the mass production has started, you can’t change your design. This is because every customization has a one-time cost that we typically waive.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling of everything. Once you approve the proof, we will not be able to issue you any refund or exchange upon receipt of the final products. 

Turnaround Time and Shipping

We offer 4-6 weeks with free shipping which is already included in the price, time varies depending on the quantity, technique, and products. You could potentially expedite for an additional cost.

Expedited Fee ranges from $60-$80. Please use the chart above under Shipping Fees & Turnaround Time to find out your expedited cost.

We use DHL / UPS.

No, you can't choose shipping carriers.

We do not ship individually. Everything from the same group will be shipped together to the coordinator.

Your group leader (usually the merch chair or event chair) will have access to the tracking number through an automatic email. Please ask your coordinator for tracking details.

Please ask your merch chair for updates. They should have all the tracking information.

Delivery, Receiving, and Customer Service

You will receive a text message from DHL asking you to release delivery without signature. Please follow the DHL link to do so. If you still have problems, please review DHL Signature Release Instructions for help.

This works best if you know you won’t be available at home to sign for it, and that your package will be in good hands without you being on-site, for example, if it’s a receiving center. 

Merch Pier is not responsible for lost packages due to delivery.

Yes, they are very accurate, unless it is under special circumstances (missing shipping info, did not do signature release and no one was onsite.)

You may contact DHL to reschedule a new delivery time.

Usually delivery "on hold" is because you did not do signature release and no one is on site when delivery, or part of shipping address information is missing. You may contact DHL to provide further information to reschedule the delivery.

Unfortunately, no. Because everything is customized, all sales are final.

Please make sure you check your package within 7 days of delivery. If something is wrong, you should let your sales representative know ASAP, and provide evidence of it.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do after 7 days.
