As custom clothing requires more precise design, sampling, and manufacturing, it usually takes at least 4 weeks from placing an order to receiving the final product. Please allow enough preparation time accordingly.

Return Policy
As our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for your custom order after approving the final graphic and product design. However, if you receive an incorrect size or item, or if your order is damaged upon arrival, we would be happy to resolve the issue promptly.
Please contact our customer service or campus rep within 14 days of receiving your order and provide as much information as possible. Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery, so we encourage you to review your order as soon as you receive it to ensure it meets your expectations.
